Day 01 : Yangon ( L, D )
Arrive Yangon international airport by international
flight. Welcomed by our local tour guide and transfer to
hotel. Start Yangon city tour at Sule Pagoda which is
situated in the colonial style city center. After lunch
visit to Chaukhtagyi reclining Buddha image and magnificent
Shwedagon pagoda; Myanmar’s most recognizable symbol, if not
all Buddhism world. Welcome dinner at floating Royal Barge (Karaweik)
with cultural show. Overnight at hotel. |

Day 02 : Yangon–Kyaing Tong (Keng Tung) ( B, L, D )
Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Yangon airport for
destination to Kyaing Tong. Arrival at Kyaing Tong in the
afternoon via Heho and transfer to hotel. After lunch visit
Maha & Myat Muni pagoda and traditional Shan lacquer workshop.
Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 03 : Kyaing Tong (Keng Tung) and hill tribes ( B, L, D
)
Breakfast at hotel. In the morning departure by car to
the north of town ( about 01:30 hrs driving) to reach
villages of Akha. From this small village hike to
surrounding Ann, Shan and Lahu villages. Picnic style packed
lunch at Pin Tauk waterfall. In the late afternoon drive
back to Kyaing Tong. Dinner and overnight at Hotel.

Day 04 : Kyaing Tong and hill tribes ( B, L, D )
Breakfast at hotel. Morning visit at buffalo market.
Departure by car for visit Wa village and Catholic Church at
Loi Moi village. After lunch trekking continue to Akha
villages. In the afternoon return back to Kyaing Tong.
Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 05 : Kyaing Tong–Heho–Inlay ( B, L, D )
Breakfast at hotel. In the morning visit Kyaing Tong
market where the colorfully dressed hill tribes come and
swap their local products. Lunch at shan restaurant. In the
afternoon transfer to Kyaing Tong airport for Heho. Upon
arrival continue by road to Nyaung Shwe and proceed by boat
to hotel of the lake. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 06 : Inlay ( B, L, D )
Breakfast at hotel. Morning excursion by boat on the lake
includes floating gardens and villages, unique leg rowers
with their fishing method and magnificent natural scenic
beauty. Lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon visit Phaung Daw Oo pagoda, the weaving village and Nge Phechaung
monastery where jumping cats live. Dinner and overnight at
hotel.

Day 07 : Inlay–Pindaya–Kalaw ( B, L, D )
Breakfast at hotel. Morning excursion trip to Pindaya (
03:00 hrs driving) to see extensive limestone caves where
more than 6000 & Buddha images can be found. Lunch at local
restaurant. Journey continues to Kalaw across the plateau
Shan. Check in hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 08 : Kalaw ( B, L, D )
Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast a long hiking towards
the western direction of Kalaw. The trek is mainly on high
mountains and wooded hills vast plains dotted with villages
inhabited by Pao,Danu, Taung Yo and Palaung tribes. Picnic
style packed lunch in a village. Return back to Kalaw in the
late afternoon. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 09 : Kalaw–Mandalay ( B, L, D )

Breakfast at hotel. Morning visit Kalaw market before
departing for Mandalay ( 08:00 hrs driving ) across many
villages and plateau Shan. Lunch at local restaurant. Arrive
Mandalay in the late afternoon. Mandalay is supposed to be
art and cultural centre of Myanmar. Dinner and overnight at
hotel.

Day 10 : Mandalay ( B, L, D )
Breakfast at hotel. Mandalay sightseeing starts at
Mahamyatmuni temple which houses the most important Buddha
image of the whole country. Stop to see stone and wood
carving and also fabrication of traditional marionette and
tapestry. After lunch proceed to gold leaf workshop,
Shwenandaw teak wood monastery and Kuthodaw world largest
book pagoda. Sunset at Mandalay hill. Dinner and overnight
at hotel.

Day 11 : Mandalay–Mingun–Amarapura–Mandalay ( B, L, D )
Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to jetty and excursion for
Mingun by local boat along the Ayeyarwaddy river. Visit
Mingun’s world largest ringing bell, weighing 90tons, it’s
unfinished enormous pagoda and Hshinbyume pagoda. Drive back
to Mandalay by boat and lunch at local restaurant. After
lunch proceed to Amarapura, city of immortality and visit to
traditional hand-woven silk workshop and U Bain teak bridge
built in 1778. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 12 : Mandalay–Bagan ( B, L, D )
Breakfast at hotel. Early morning transfer to jetty for
the destination of Bagan by local boat along the Ayeyarwaddy
river (about 10:00 hrs cruising). Arrive Bagan in the late
afternoon. Bagan is known as the capital of four million
pagodas and is also one of the richest archaeological sites
in Asia. Check in hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 13 : Bagan ( B, L, D )

Breakfast at hotel. Bagan morning sightseeing starts with
Nyaung Oo local market. After market, continue to visit
Shwezigon pagoda built by King Anawratha in the early 11th
century, Htilominlo temple and Wekyi-Inn Gubyaukgyi temple.
Lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit to one of
the famous lacquer ware home industry to observe their
traditional method. Continue to Ananda temple a masterpiece
of Bagan period architecture with giant standing Buddhas and
Myinkaba Gubyaukgyi temple noted for well- preserved superb
murals painting of Jataka scenes. Sunset watching from the
top of a temple. Enjoy dinner with cultural show and
overnight at hotel.

Day 14 : Bagan–Yangon ( B, L, D )
Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to the Heho airport for
flying back to Yangon. Arrive Yangon and check in hotel.
After lunch visit to the most elegant market of capital
called Bogyoke and animated colorful china town. Dinner and
overnight at hotel.

Day 15 : Yangon ( B, L )
Breakfast at hotel. Morning visit to Nanthida jetty to
learn ways of life of local people. Botahtaung pagoda one the
river bank and Yangon’s unique glass factory. Lunch at local
restaurant. Leisure at hotel before departing to Yangon
International airport for next destination.
