Booking and Payment Procedures
1. When we receive your bookings request we will check out
the availability and send to you an e-mail within 24 hours (
Monday to Friday ) to inform you the situation.
2. When we have received the booking confirmation from the
hotels and travel suppliers we will send you a new e-mail as
earlier as possible with detailed itinerary and Invoice
agreement. For further information please see below.
Booking Condition
All bookings, changes and cancellation must be made in
writing by e-mail or fax directly to Brilliant sun travel,
Yangon only. All rates are quoted net in United States dollars
per person and Brilliant sun travel reserves the right to change
with or without prior notice. Brilliant sun travel will do all
reservations and confirmations needed in Myanmar.
Payment Condition
Prepayment, a deposit of 30 % of the total amount is required
when you have confirmed the booking to secure your reservation.
Full payment of all services must be made not later than 30 days
prior to service start. For the services booked within 30 days
of service start can be negotiated as particular payment terms
upon request. If we have not received your payments within the
due dates all reservations made will be cancelled.
Payments should be done as follow:

Cancellations Policy
All cancellations must be received in written by e-mail or
fax. The date of cancellation shall be the date when written
notice is received by Brilliant sun travel.
Cancellations fees are mentioned as follow:
1. 45 days or more prior to departure: no cancellation fee
2. 44- 28 days prior to departure: cancellation fee 15% of total
price
3. 27-22 days prior to departure: cancellation fee 25% of total
price
4. 21-8 days prior to departure : cancellation fee 50 % of total
price
5. 7-0 days prior to departure: no refund ( 100 % of total price
).
Refund Policy
After commencement of the service, no refund either in full
or part, will be given for unutilized services include in the
tour program.
Group Discount Policy
Tour leader of a group of 16th member will be given
complimentary on hotel room, transfer and tours.
Children Policy
01-05 year’s old 50% discount from full price for sharing
room with adult -
06-12 year’s old 20% discount from full price for sharing room
with adult

13 year’s old full fare payment and extra bed
Insurance
Insurance is not included in the tour cost of Brilliant sun
travel and customers are strongly recommended to obtain the
appropriate travel insurance in the country of origin before
departure for the full duration of tour program.
Airport Tax
For international departure from Myanmar, any passenger
should pay departure tax of 10 US$ per person.
Responsibilities and Liability
Brilliant sun travel acts as an agent only in making and
securing all travel booking arrangements for domestic airlines
companies, car rentals, accommodations, sightseeing, restaurants
and for the tour concerned.
Brilliant sun travel doesn’t own, operate or control any
transportation company, hotel, restaurant or any other
contractors providing the appropriate services to the clients.
Therefore Brilliant sun travel is not responsible for any
loss, injury or damage, delay, and accident inflicted to you or
your belongings incurring during or after, in connection with or
as consequence of customer’s booking, travel or stay organized
by Brilliant sun travel, unless such is caused by intent or
gross negligence on the part of Brilliant sun travel.
Brilliant sun travel also reserves the right at any time to
amend or modify or cancel the original tour program for the
convenience or interest of customer.
Brilliant sun travel is not also responsible for any loss if
tour itinerary must be changed due to unforeseen circumstance
that require spending extra time on the tour. All sightseeing
tours, hotels and transportations as specified in the original
tour program are subject to change by the local representatives
or Brilliant sun travel without prior notice.
Brilliant sun travel is not liable or responsible for any
loss, theft, mechanical breakdown, additional expenses due to
accident, sickness, strike, governmental actions, political
unrest, terrorism, war, weather, riots, floods, earthquake, acts
of God or other factors and courses beyond our control.
Acceptance
If customer signed the booking agreement, Brilliant sun
travel considers that customer accepted the general terms and
conditions listed in this document, as a part of mutual
agreement between Brilliant sun travel and the customer.
Privacy Policy
Brilliant sun travel asks for personal information in the
booking request section to ensure and confirm customers’
booking. This information will not be used, shared or sold for
any other purposes with outside parties.
