Formerly known as the "Strand Hotel
Sandaway", it was first established by the Steel
Brothers Company on March 15th 1961. It was transfered
to the Ministry of Trade in 1965 under the same name of
the Ngapali beach Hotel and again transferred to a
private company, "Lone ma Lay group" under the same name
on November 1st 1999.

Located near the Mya Pyin Village, Thandwe in
Rakhine division, the Ngapali Beach Hotel is advantage

mountain range in the east and the Bay of Bengal in the
